You can rent small stump grinders, but we do not recommend this as a DIY project. The blades are powerful and sharp and the process throws pieces of wood and other debris. 

We have a larger, professional-grade stump grinder that can be used on stumps of any size. You cannot rent these and for the safety of the operator they should only be used by a professional.
